The three-phase asynchronous motor can meet domestic and international requirements and is designed to meet the requirements of the domestic and international frame range 56 to 355 and the national uniform standards.
It complies with the relevant rules of the standard IEC 60034-30-2008. It has excellent performance, high efficiency, energy saving, high starting torque, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, easy maintenance, etc.
Its installation dimensions and power comply with IEC standards. The protection classes are IP44, IP54 and IP55; the cooling method is IC411.
Three different classes can be classified according to energy efficiency as IE1, IE2 and IE3, and according to material and frame structure as aluminium and iron casing.
Three phase motors are widely used in many mechanical devices without special requirements, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, transport machinery, mixers, agricultural machinery and food machinery.

Step 2 : make the electric motor's technical design (1-3 days)
Den elektriska motorns tekniska data kommer att utformas som kundkrav för data om spänning, frekvens, effekt, ram …ect.
Step 3: testing sample for special techinical date motor (within 3-7 days)
För elmotorerna med speciella parametrar kommer vi att göra prov för förtestning innan massproduktion för att säkerställa att det inte finns några problem.
Steg 4: Bulktillverkning (20-30 dagar)
För bulkproduktion krävs vanligtvis en ledtid på 20-45 dagar från inköp av råvaror till 100% testning av färdiga elmotorer.
Steg 5: Frakt (5-7 dagar)
När varorna är klara kommer vi att informera kunden för att ordna med balansen och vid mottagandet av saldot ordna med bokning av leveransen.
