Soft metal material should be used as an assembly sleeve (copper or soft steel) when pressure assembly is used in the bearing inner or outer ring end face.
Heating the bearing or bearing seat to use thermal expansion to change the tight fit into a loose fit installation method is a common and labor-saving installation method.
However, it is important to hold the frame bearing heating process clean, and heating temperature should generally not exceed 120°C.
After installation, the bearing should be checked to ensure it is installed in place, rotates flexibly, and there is no stalling phenomenon. When filling the grease on top of the retaining ring, the grease should gather in the retaining ring groove against the outer raceway of the bearing as much as possible so that the grease can circulate normally under suitable grease filling amounts.
When the bearing and big end cover are about to be installed in place (when the nut is not tightened), rotate the rotor to allow the bearing to self-adjust to its proper position and to help form a lubricating oil film inside the bearing.
